again this Saturday to work and also to attend a dedication ceremony for a
memorial plaque honoring fellow volunteers who have died. It was a beautiful
day weather wise and we had eight members of the Brass Team onboard.
Projects worked on today included finishing up the detailing in Turret
#2, polishing the Windlass Wheels and Capstans on the Forecastle, and of
course a few more portholes. By next Saturday, if the weather
cooperates, I will be done with all the main deck portholes.
That's about it for this trip, the Saturday Gang had a good turnout and
we got a lot accomplished. A few few photos from today's visit are
gathered on the Forecastle for the Dedication Service.
