The USS New Jersey docks at Pier 4, Philadelphia Navy Yard, shortly after 3:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov 11, 1999,
Veterans Day, as the Sea Victory takes her leave.

USS New Jersey, by sunset Thursday afternoon, is secured to her new, and temporary, home next to the carrier USS America, as her homecoming journey successfully concludes on Veterans Day.
